Empowered Skills do not have any inherent bonuses, but a number of stats and modifiers specifically apply to Empowered Skills.
An Empowered Skill refers to a skill which has gained special properties, or "empowered", by the effects of another skill. Warcries are a common source of empower. Ancestral Boosted skills count as empowered.
Mechanics
Empower does not inherently grant any bonuses, but sources of empower can grant specific bonuses to empowered skills. Multiple empower effects can apply to a single skill.
