Bind Spectre is a minion spell that can turn the corpse of almost any non-unique monster into a permanentminion. Doing so will convert this gem into an account-bound gem called Spectre: <Monster Name> with the same level and quality. This new gem can also be referred to as Summon Spectre.
Summon Spectre has a spiritreservation that varies depending on the power of the monster that was bound. The quality of this gem is changed to (0–10)% reduced Reservation.
Summon Spectre is account-bound; this prevents the item from being traded to or picked up by other players. It can still be stored in your stash and transferred to your other characters.
Disenchanting the gem via a vendor will clear the stored monster from the gem, returning you a fresh Bind Spectre.
