Frost Darts is a spell skill that launches a cold projectile forward, dealing damage to enemies on impact. If the target is chilled or frozen, the projectile releases ice chunks that land around the target to deal damage in an area. If you have a Cold Infusion, it is consumed to have the initial projectile create an icy explosion that releases more ice chunks.
