Tempest Bell is a quarterstaff skill. This skill requires building up enough Combo with melee strikes before it can be used. The skill places down a bell and deals damage in an area. Hitting the bell will cause it to ring, releasing a shockwave that deals damage to all enemies around it. Applying elemental ailments like freeze or shock to the bell will add elemental damage to the strikes, and applying knockback to the bell will increase the shockwave's AoE instead.
