Blink is a persistent buff skill. While off cooldown, your dodge roll gets replaced with a short-range teleport.

Skill functions and interactions

Using Blink's teleport does not count as a dodge roll and will not activate effects that trigger from dodge rolling, such as Cast on DodgeCast on DodgeBuff, Persistent, Trigger, Meta
