Unique monsters always have 20 Power.
Power is a value assigned to each enemy based on their strength and rarity, which is used to indicate some monsters being more challenging than others. Power is used to calculate mechanics such as the amount of flask and charm charges gained on kill, scaling effect from Warcries, and Energy gained for Trigger gems.
Mechanics
Monster power is determined based on their base power value multiplied by their rarity coefficient. The base power of a monster is directly correlated to their internal monster life multiplier; for example, a Skeletal Reaver has a 70% multiplier, indicating they have 70% of the maximum life of an average monster and base 0.7 Power. The rarity coefficient multiplies the base power by 1, 2, or 5, depending on whether the monster is normal, magic, or rare. A rare Skeletal Reaver would have 3.5 Power. If the monster is unique, the monster's power is 20, regardless of the base power value.
Player-created objects do not have Power.
