Spark is a projectilelightningspellskill that launches a spray of lightning sparks in front of the character that move in an erratic fashion. These projectiles can bounce off terrain and last until it expires or hits an enemy. If you have a Cold Infusion, it is consumed to release additional icy sparks in a circle that deal cold and lightning damage.
Spark: Cold-Infused Spark now deals 7 to 11 Cold Damage at Gem level 1 (Unchanged), scaling up to 207 to 310 Cold Damage at Gem level 20 (previously 182 to 273). Cold-Infused Spark now deals 1 to 10 Lightning Damage at Gem level 1 (Unchanged), scaling up to 13 to 245 Lightning Damage at Gem level 20 (previously 11 to 216).

The base damage scaling of all player spell and secondary damage skills has been tweaked to scale better in the late game. Generally speaking, spells that do not have damage number changes called out below will have near-identical base damage at low levels, roughly 5% more damage at gem level 20, and roughly 20% more damage at gem level 30.
Spark: Can now be Cold-infused to fire a large number of icy sparks in a circle, dealing both cold and lightning damage.
Many Skills have had their base damage and/or damage growth per level rebalanced. Most of these changes are not specifically mentioned below as the changes are too widespread.
Spark now fires 4-9 Projectiles at gem levels 1-20 (previously 6-14), and no longer has 0-19% increased Projectile Speed. Quality now provides 0-30% increased Projectile Speed (previously Fires +0-4 Projectiles).
