Skeletal Storm Mage is a minion skill that reserves Spirit to summon persistent skeleton mage minions.

Skill functions and interactions

Skeletal Storm Mages automatically revive 7 seconds after being killed. This timer is reset whenever one or more minions die, and can be shortened through certain passives on the skill tree.
