Snipe is a bowprojectileattackskill. The user draws their bow to channel a powerful shot. If released with perfect timing, the arrow will release an explosion on impact, dealing area damage and adding bonus damage against Frozen or Heavy Stunned enemies.

Item acquisition
Snipe has restrictions on where or how it can drop.
Snipe: Explosion is no longer Guaranteed Critical Hit and doesn't have increased Critical Damage Bonus. Explosion now deals 363-936% Attack Damage at Gem levels 3-20 (previously 133-343%), and has a radius of 2.5 metres (previously 1.6). Perfectly timed arrows that hit a Frozen or Heavy Stunned enemy now cause larger explosions that deal much more damage. Quality now provides +0-0.4 metres to Explosion radius.
Many Skills have had their base damage and/or damage growth per level rebalanced. Most of these changes are not specifically mentioned below as the changes are too widespread.
The mana cost for all Attacks, Marks and Warcries has been reduced, most notably at higher Gem levels.
Snipe's attack speed multiplier and mana cost has been adjusted so that the attack time matches the time until a perfect strike. This is mainly to improve descriptions and the function of the skill is unchanged.
