Flicker Strike

Flicker Strike is a melee attack skill that teleports the character to a nearby enemy and strikes it with their Quarterstaff.

Skill functions and interactions

The skill strikes up to three additional enemies by expending a Power Charge on hit, but prevents the generation of power charges while in use.
