Frozen enemies hit by the final spike are dealt heavy damage but the Freeze is Consumed. Ice Crystals hit by the final spike explode.Converts 60% of Physical Damage to Cold Damage

Glacial Cascade is a quarterstaff cold melee skill. The user sends out a cascade of ice forward, which creates an ice spike at maximum distance. The spike will consume Freeze on frozen enemies to deal more damage. The spike will also detonate Ice Crystals.
