Flicker Strike

Flicker Strike is a melee attack skill that teleports the character to a nearby enemy and strikes it with their Quarterstaff.

Skill functions and interactions

Flicker Strike can consum Power Charges to strike two additional enemies per power charge, but prevents the generation of power charges while in use.
