Blasphemy does not remove the Activation Delay of curses. Enemies must remain in the area of the blasphemy curse for the duration of this delay for the curse's effects to activate. Once activated, the effects have no duration until the curse is removed if the enemy becomes untargetable or moves out of the area of effect. If this occurs, the Activation Delay will occur again.
