While active, you gain powerful Buffs based on your active Charges. However, maintaining the Buff Consumes Charges every few seconds.Consumes one of each Charge every (3–4.9) seconds
(10–20)% more Critical Hit Chance while you have a Power Charge
(9–17)% more Defences while you have an Endurance Charge
(5–12)% more Skill Speed while you have a Frenzy Charge
Place into a Skill Gem socket to gain this skill.
Sockets are found in the Skills menu tab.

It can be obtained by engraving an Uncut Spirit Gem.
