When granted by Rattling SceptreRattling SceptreSceptre Spirit: 100Grants Skill: Level (1-20) Skeletal Warrior Minion or its unique versions, it spawns 2 skeletons with no spirit reservation requirement. Like all other weapons that grant skills, the amount of support gems that can be added to this version of the skill is determined by the level of the skill granted by the weapon.
Skeletal Warrior automatically revive after 7 seconds after being killed, you can decrease that time with passives from skill tree.
