Flicker Strike
Lua error in Module:Item at line 150: Movement is not a valid gem tag.
Flicker Strike is a melee attack skill that teleports the character to a nearby enemy and strikes it with their Quarterstaff. The skill strikes up to three additional enemies by expending a Power Charge on hit, but prevents the generation of power charges while in use.[1]
