Withering Presence

Withering Presence is a buff skill.

Skill functions and interactions

The Duration of the Withered Debuff can be prolonged or shortened by changing the characters Skill Effect Duration. The Withered Application Interval is not affected by Skill Effect Duration or Cast Speed.

Presence is by default a 6 meter radius. This can be modified with Area of Effect modifiers, but not with Skill Area of Effect modifiers.
