A Warcry (plural Warcries) is a skill that represents a shouting action, granting the player and occasionally nearby allies a buff based on the Warcry cast and the number and power of nearby enemies.
Warcries tend to have cast time and all Warcries equipped on the player share their cooldowns, however some ascendancy passive skills allow for instant casting of warcries and for their cooldown to be ignored such as the Warbringer's Greatwolf's Howl.
