Skill functions and interactions

When combined with effects that cause a skill to reoccur or echo such as Spell Echo, Zarokh's Refrain, or Unleash, the critical strike chance granted by Inevitable Critical will scale the critical hit chance and thus damage of the echoed or reoccurred skill in addition to the first skill cast. Critical strike chance is rolled once per cast, so if the initial spell crits, so will the echoed or reoccurring effect. This is not true for Sustained skills as these skills instead roll for critical strike chance each time they do damage, rather than at the initial cast.
