Killing Palm is an unarmedstrikeskill. The users dashes towards a target enemy and strikes them with their palm. The hit has added physical damage and Culling Strike, and culling an enemy with this skill grants the user a power charge. This skill can be used while having quarterstaff equipped.
This skill always uses the user's unarmed damage. When used with a quarterstaff, the weapon's local stats are ignored.
