Pierce is a property that projectiles can have, allowing them to hit further targets after a first one.

Mechanics

Projectiles that Pierce can pass through a target while still damaging them. This counts as having hit the target. Piercing does not change the movement of the projectile, such as its direction or speed.

#% chance to Pierce an Enemy: This stat allows a projectile to pierce one enemy for every 100% chance of this stat. For example, 250% chance to pierce would cause a single projectile to always pierce two enemies, and a 50% chance to pierce a third enemy.[1] Other stats that only say "Pierce an Enemy", such as Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Pierce" or Pierce the Heart notable additively adds one enemy to the pierce limit.
