Architect's Orb is a currency item that can corrupt an already corrupted item, causing it to become Twice-Corrupted and gain an additional corruption enchantment or be destroyed.
Mechanics
The chance of either outcome (additional enchantment or destroy the item) is 50%.[1]
This outcome can add an enchantment even if the item already has one; it cannot roll an enchantment of the same mod group, however.

Architect's Orb has restrictions on where or how it can drop.
