An item with a Vaal Siphoner will require a set number of kills to complete. Once complete the tier of a random modifier on the item will be downgraded and all other modifiers will have their numeric values improved.

These improved modifier will have their values randomised between their current value and 10% above their maximum value.

Vaal Siphoner is an incubator item that can be used on a corrupted rare jewellery item.

Mechanics

After killing a specified number of enemies once a Vaal Siphoner is applied, a random modifier is siphoned (loses a tier, if possible) and all other modifiers will be improved, having their values randomised between their current value and 110% of their maximum value. This does not affect the tier of the upgraded modifiers, and the numeric value of the modifier will never exceed 110% of their maximum value. It is currently unknown if siphoning a modifier at its lowest possible tier will remove it.

As this item can only be used on corrupted rings and amulets, it is mutually exclusive with Omen of SanctificationOmen of SanctificationStack Size: 10While this item is active in your inventory your next
