Vaal Siphoner is a currency item that can be used on a corrupted rare jewellery item.
Mechanics
After killing a specified number of enemies, a random modifier is siphoned (loses numerical value? gets removed?) and applies a modifier magnitude multiplier somewhat similar to the corrupted outcome for unique items.[confirmation needed]
It is somewhat similar to Path of Exile's incubator items.
