Stack Size: 10Adds a kill threshold to a Corrupted Rare Jewellery item, when threshold is met Siphons a random modifier and improves the numeric values of other modifiersRight click this item then left click on a corrupted rare jewellery item to apply it.
An item with a Vaal Siphoner will require a set number of kills to complete. Once complete the tier of a random modifier on the item will be downgraded and all other modifiers will have their numeric values improved.
These improved modifier will have their values randomised between their current value and 10% above their maximum value.
Vaal Siphoner is an incubator item that can be used on a corrupted rare jewellery item.
