Only a small crown of stone remains above the deadly waters.
Ziggurat Encampment is the town for Act 3. The stairs leading to Temple of Kopec and The Drowned City are initially inaccessible until the player can drain the water from Utzaal using the Matlan Waterways. Later on, the player also unlocks a mechanism to travel to the past.

- Servi - Sells caster weapons, foci, flasks, charms, and jewellery; disenchants items for currency shards

After clearing the Temple of Kopec and unlocking the time portal, the player can travel to the past version of the Ziggurat Encampment. No NPCs or interactables can be found in this version of the area other than the time portal, and the only exit from the area is Utzaal, replacing The Drowned City.
