This omen will always attempt to roll the maximum number of desecrated modifiers that is possible on the item's base type, typically 6 (or 5 if the item is fractured). It will never roll Desecration-exclusive modifiers, such as named Lich modifiers, or "Lightless"/"of the Abyss" affixes on jewels.
When used with an Ancient tier preserved bone, it will not cause all of the desecrated modifiers to meet the minimum modifier level. A Preserved tier bone is recommended to use instead.
