Ziggurat Encampment

Ziggurat Encampment is the town for Act 3. The stairs leading to Temple of Kopec and The Drowned City are initially inaccessible until the player can drain the water from Utzaal using the Matlan Waterways. Later on, the player also unlocks a mechanism to travel to the past.

Time Portal ^{(Unlocked during Legacy of the Vaal quest)} - Travel to the past of 400 BIC, the peak of Atziri's reign.
