Kingsmarch is the town for Act 4. It is a port established by Kalguurans on the shore of Wraeclast, during Path of Exile 1, which is 20 years ago from the timeline of Path of Exile 2. The port is mentioned by the Act 3 NPC Oswald in his dialogues.

• Rog - Sells caster weapons, foci, flasks, charms, and jewellery; disenchants items for currency shards
