Ominous Altars is a quest in the act 1 areas Hunting Grounds and Freythorn. The quest involves cleansing Ritual altars in Freythorn. Note, that the final altar is surrounded by a black vortex that only dissipates when all other Ritual altars in the area have been found and cleansed.
