Omen of the Liege is an omen.

Mechanics

Amanamu modifier: When desecrating an item, this desecrated modifier will always reveal options which are "Amanamu's" or "of Amanamu" modifiers, if possible. It will also block Ulaman and Kurgal modifiers from rolling. Note that the omen will be consumed even if no Amanamu modifiers are possible to roll, whether due to insufficient item level, being blocked by a modifier of the same mod group, or if no modifiers exist in the base type's desecrated modifier pool. In this case, it will only offer regular modifiers when revealed.[1]

This Omen only works when desecrating weapons and jewellery; it does not have any effect on armour items, jewels, or waystones.[2]

Item acquisition

Omen of the Liege has restrictions on where or how it can drop.

Drops from rare Abyssal monsters with the "Amanamu's Void" Lichborn modifier. Notably, only drops if the monster is killed within the cloud created by the modifier.

As confirmed by GGG, monsters with the Lichborn modifier "Amanamu's Void" have special drop conditions. Specifically, Omen of the Liege is the only Omen that can drop if the monster is killed within the cloud created by the modifier, and the other five non-Lich Abyss omens (e.g. Omen of LightOmen of LightStack Size: 10While this item is active in your inventory your next
