The Simulacrum is the pinnacle encounter of the Delirium map mechanic. It is accessible by spending Simulacrum SplintersSimulacrum SplinterStack Size: 300Consume at least 50 Splinters at the Realmgate to enter the Simulacrum. at the Realmgate.
Access

Mechanics
The Simulacrum consists of 15 waves of enemies to defeat. Interacting with the Strangely Familiar Entity will summon the next wave. Each wave increases the difficulty and rewards, gradually increasing in Deliriousness and area modifiers. Killing monsters will increase earned rewards for the wave. Once the entire wave of enemies is cleared, all earned rewards for that wave based on the reward icons are dropped at once. Starting a new wave will destroy all items remaining on the ground.
A stash is available in the area, allowing storage of items between waves.
Each wave adds 5% Deliriousness, capping at 75% at wave 15 at Difficulty 0. Each difficulty adds +10% minimum and maximum Deliriousness, capping at 115% at Difficulty 4.
Waves start with 2 random modifiers, increasing by 1 on waves 5, 8, and 11.
Unique monsters can appear starting from wave 5, and both are almost guaranteed to appear in wave 13-15. They fill more reward gauge progress than other enemies.
Monsters
Monsters in the Simulacrum do not leave corpses or trigger on-death explosions such as Herald of IceHerald of IceBuff, Attack, Persistent, AoE, Cold, Herald, Payoff

Each reward progress tile completed will drop one Distilled Emotion at the end of the wave. The chance for each tier of Distilled Emotion is approximately half of the previous tier, or .
One Simulacrum-exclusive unique item drops after completing the 15th (final) wave of the simulacrum.
