Temple Door Idol is a quest item, which can be found in the Apex of Filth in Act 3.

It drops upon defeating The Queen of Filth and is needed to progress Legacy of the Vaal.

Usage

Once the Temple Door Idol is acquired the player can return to Alva in the Ziggurat Encampment (she is found down the stairs at the fountain) and afterwards unlock the entry to the Temple of Kopec, which is located right behind her.

Traveling to the Temple of Kopec is required to further progress Legacy of the Vaal.
