The Refuge is one of the three towns in the Interlude and is connected to Scorched Farmlands.

Renly - Sells martial weapons; vendors items for gold
Una - Sells caster weapons, foci, flasks, charms, and jewellery; disenchants items for currency shards
Finn - Gambler; vendors items for gold; Currency Exchange access
The Hooded One ^{(Unlocked after completing The Mysterious Shade quest)} - Identify inventory; refund passives skills for gold

Well - restores life, mana, and flask and charm charges
Waypoint - teleport to other waypoints
Salvage Bench ^{(Unlocked after completing Finding the Forge quest)} - salvage equipment with quality or item sockets for currency
Reforging Bench ^{(Unlocked after completing Treasures of Utzaal quest)} - reforge items into stronger versions
