An Uncut Skill Gem is a currency item that can be used to engrave a skill gem or level up an existing skill gem to the level of the Uncut Skill Gem. It is a type of uncut gem.
Item acquisition
Uncut Skill Gem can drop anywhere.
Specific Level Uncut Skill Gems drop at different drop level breakpoints.
Uncut Skill, SupportUncut Support GemCreates a Support GemRight Click to engrave a Support Gem., and Reservation GemsUncut Spirit GemCreates a Persistent Buff Skill Gem or Level an existing gem to Level #Right Click to engrave a Persistent Buff Skill Gem. can now be traded through the Currency Exchange.

Reduced the required level for Level 20 Uncut Skill and Spirit gems to begin dropping. This was the primary reason why they were so infrequently dropping, so you should now see a lot more of them when running the highest tiers of Endgame Maps.
