Crisis Fragment

Crisis Fragments are a series of three map fragments required to access the Arbiter of Ash pinnacle boss encounter at the Burning Monolith.

Crisis Fragments drop from their associated citadel boss: Count Geonor, Jamanra, the Abomination, and Doryani, Royal Thaumaturge. Increases to waystone drop chance (specifically #% increased Waystone Drop Chance stat only) affect the number of fragments that drop.
