The Horn of the Vastiri is a quest item, which can be found in the Ardura Caravan in Act 2.

It can be obtained by Zarka after finishing all 3 subquests (The City of Seven Waters, A Theft of Ivory and A Crown of Stone) and is needed to progress The Trail of Corruption.

All 3 subquests are parts of the task to retrace the legendary Orbala's path, which is needed to recreate the Horn of the Vastiri.

Usage

The Horn of the Vastiri can be used to remove the sandstorm created by Jamanra, the Abomination.

The sandstorm appears in front of the Ardura Caravan and only when traveling to the Halani Gates.

With the Horn of the Vastiri recreated, the player can sound the horn at the helm of the caravan to clear the sandstorm.

This unlocks traveling to Deshar and further follow the Trail of Corruption.

The Horn of the Vastiri has restrictions on where or how it can drop.
