Sacrificial Dagger is a quest item, which can be found in Aggorat in Act 3.

It is found directly in front of the sacrificial altar at the Blood Sacrifice landmark and can be picked up directly from the ground.

To be able to use the dagger, you also need to find a Sacrificial HeartSacrificial HeartA soul still clings to fading shreds of life.Sacrifice this Heart at the proper ritual site to gain two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points., which drops randomly from Vaal Goliaths in Utzaal and Aggorat.

Usage

The Sacrificial Dagger can only be used together with the Sacrificial HeartSacrificial HeartA soul still clings to fading shreds of life.Sacrifice this Heart at the proper ritual site to gain two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points. found in the same or previous area.

Once both are acquired the player can place the sacrificial heart at the Blood Sacrifice altar in Aggorat (The same altar the dagger was found at).

He can then proceeed and stab the sacrificial heart by interacting with it, which rewards the player with two weapon set passive skill points.
