Medium Soul Core is a quest item, which can be found in Jiquani's Sanctum in Act 3.

It is found randomly on the ground throughout the area and is needed for a local event within the area.

As a local item, this item will be dropped upon leaving the area. If you get killed while inside the area, the item is lost as well, but can be found again in the new instance, where the character respawned.

Usage

There are 2 large generators found throughout Jiquani's Sanctum, each requiring a Medium Soul Core to function.

Once both Medium Soul Coures are found and brought to a generator, the player can go back to the area's waypoint, since with both generators active, the Large Soul CoreLarge Soul CoreHeat emanates from the facets,
living warmth encased in crystal. can be accessed at the Grand Soul Core Nexus at the entrance of the area.
