Humming Pearl is a quest item, which can be found in the Singing Caverns in Act 4.

It can be picked up after an ambush happening upon interacting with the Beckoning Clam, which is located at the Beckoning Clam landmark and is not related to any actual quests, but can be brought to Rog.

The Humming Pearl can be brought to Rog in Kingsmarch to receive a rare Pearlescent AmuletPearlescent AmuletRequires Level 30+(7-10)% to all Elemental Resistances.
