Blank Tattoo of Ngamahu is a quest item, which can be found in Halls of the Dead in Act 4.

It drops upon finishing the ambush event at Ngamahu's Test and is needed to progress the quest of the same name, Ngamahu's Test, which is started upon entering the landmark.

Usage

The Blank Tattoo can be turned in at the Hinekora Totem in the same room immediately, where a choice between an attribute or resistance tattoo is offered, which grants a permanent character bonus correlating with the god's domain.
