Large Soul Core is a quest item, which can be found in Jiquani's Sanctum in Act 3.

It drops upon defeating Zicoatl, Warden of the Core and is needed to progress Legacy of the Vaal.

Usage

The Large Soul Core can be used at the Canal Mechanism landmark in the Infested Barrens (directly at the waypoint) in order to drain the canal and unlock The Matlan Waterways, where we need to go to further progress Legacy of the Vaal.
