Kabala Clan Relic is a quest item, which can be found in Keth and The Lost City in Act 2.

It drops randomly within the two areas upon defeating any monster and is needed to progress Ancient Vows.

Usage

The Kabala Clan Relic is one of two quest items needed to progress Ancient Vows, the other one being Sun Clan RelicSun Clan RelicBy the terms of the Third Pact, the Sun Clan
agreed to never again attack the Maraketh.Notches in the side await a connection..

They can be put in the Medallion found at the waypoint in the Valley of the Titans.

(They can be acquired and put here separately, but both relics are needed to finish the quest).

Upon completing the medallion, the player can choose one the following rewards:

• +1 Charm Slot and 30% increased Charm Charges gained or
• +1 Charm Slot and 30% increased Charm Effect Duration

The player can freely return to the Statue of a Titan at the waypoint from Valley of the Titans and change it at any time.

Item acquisition

Kabala Clan Relic has restrictions on where or how it can drop.

Can drop randomly from Serpent Clan or Serpent Shaman enemies in Keth and The Lost City.
