It is dropped randomly from Vaal Goliaths in the two areas (Utzaal and Aggorat) and can further be used in Aggorat at the sacrificial altar at the Blood Sacrifice landmark.

Usage

Once both are acquired the player can place the sacrificial heart at the Blood Sacrifice altar in Aggorat (The same altar the dagger was found at).
He can then proceeed and stab the sacrificial heart by interacting with it, which rewards the player with two weapon set passive skill points.
