Arastas is an area in Act 4. This area has a waypoint and is connected to Kingsmarch.
Area
A city area housing the home and church of the Twilight Order. Only a small section of the area can be explored before you've collected all three pieces of the precursor weapon. A line of Twilight Order soldiers block the path; it is possible to roll past them but the rest of the area is inaccessible.
Returning here later will result in the character getting ambushed by Benedictus' forces near the church. After defeating the monsters, the remainder of the map will become accessible and all members of the Twilight Order will become hostile. The remainder of the map consists of a mixture of various buildings and structures and rocky outcrops.
