Preserved bone

Ancient bones are a type of currency that can be used on specific classes of rare items to add a desecrated modifier. Note that if the affixes of an item are full, it will remove a random affix first. They can be obtained from Abyssal Troves that can be found by completing Abyss encounters or inside of an Abyssal Depths.
