Rotten Satchel Charge is a special instance-local item. It is used to complete the Castaway unique map.

Mechanics

This item drops after killing Torrek of the Drowned Fleet, the boss of Castaway. It can be taken to the centre of the map where spirits fly in a circle to be placed and detonated, completing the map and dropping several stacks of Gold.
