Alongside the skull she also drops Ignagduk's Ghastly SpearIgnagduk's Ghastly SpearThe skulls of stolen children adorn carved wood., which is needed to progress Tribal Vengeance.

Usage

Gemrot Skull is one of the quest items that provide permanent character bonuses and can be right-clicked to grant the player the following:

• Grants +30 to maximum Spirit

Using it will also reward a Level 10 Uncut Spirit GemUncut Spirit GemCreates a Persistent Buff Skill Gem or Level an existing gem to Level #Right Click to engrave a Persistent Buff Skill Gem..
