Solitary Confinement is an area in Act 4. This area has a waypoint and is connected to Abandoned Prison.
Area
Just like the Abandoned Prison above this area, this is another part of the large prison complex built on the island. It is just above sea level, every seconds the whole floor will be flooded with waves of water, which hinders player movement.

- [Boss Arena] High Security Prison Cell: Deep within the prison locked away by 3 thick metal doors is the solitary prison cell of The Prisoner, who needs to be slain in order to progress
The Search and finish 
Abandoned Prison. - [Notable Landmark] Wardens Chamber: There is a Tattered Diary, from shortly before the prison was abandoned, written by a warden, with a few of his belongings in a backroom (1 rare and 1 magic chest).
