Boar Idol is a idol that adds an exclusive enchantment modifier to equipment it is socketed into.

Item acquisition

Boar Idol has restrictions on where or how it can drop.

Can drop from Azmeri spirit-possessed monsters that are Hunted by the Frenzied Boar.
